Refund policy
While we hope that you’re nothing but satisfied with your Forward Supply Co. purchase, if for any reason you are unsatisfied we will accept returns under the following conditions:
- Each item returned must be in original, new condition and return request must be placed within 30 days of purchase date. Each item being returned must show no signs of wear or your return will not be accepted. If you anticipate a return, please handle each item with the utmost possible care.​
- For return requests please email info@forwardsupplyco.com. We will correspond with a return authorization and return instructions prior to you mailing you return products back to us.
- Once your return is received, we will review each product to confirm new/unused condition, and then your refund will be issued.
- Neither original shipping charges or return shipping charges will be refunded.
- Returns sent back without authorization will not be accepted.
If for some reason you receive a faulty product, please email info@forwardsupplyco.com explaining the specific issue including pictures and we will address the specific issue accordingly. Please note that leather grain will vary from piece to piece and in some cases may contain small natural marks or scaring. This is a normal characteristic to all leather and is not considered a product defect.Â
Forward Supply Co. reserves the right to validate all returns and defaults at our discretion but we take pride in our work and will do our best to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

REPAIRS
If for any reason your purchase is ever in need of a repair, please contact us at info@forwardsupplyco.com. Repairs are carried out on a case by case basis and depending on the nature of the repair, may have a repair fee. If your product has a fee to be repaired we will notify you prior to executing any repair. Normal wear and tear will not always be eligible for repair and we reserve the right to determine whether or not the need for repair is due to normal wear and tear.
