Shipping policy

Holiday Order Timeline:

I will be out of the shop through the Holidays this year, so please place any orders for delivery by Christmas no later than December 1st, 2022. I will resume making & shipping orders placed after December 1st, 2022 starting January 1st, 2023 (5-10 production timeline begins then).

Shipping within the United States – Shipments are sent with USPS Priority Mail. A shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has shipped and shipping time usually take between 1-5 business days.

International Shipping - Transit times will vary per method/per country anywhere from 4-14 business days.

Forward Supply Co. is not responsible for shipments held in customs. The customer will be responsible to claim and recover any packaged held with customs. Customer will be responsible for any custom fees that are applied from imported products— Forward Supply Co. will not be responsible for any fees beyond what is noted at checkout. 

Forward Supply Co. will not hold responsibility for lost or damaged shipments. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
